Unable to use the online booking at 4pm on a Wednesday, as the office is closed. Stated hours are until 4:30 and its an ONLINE facility, why does the office being open matter!?
Can not get a face to face for love nor money receptionists are like guard dogs if you have mental health issues this place is guaranteed not to help but make matters worse
I have been a user of this medical practice since a very young age, and have a lot of trust in the members of staff here. They are skilled at dealing with complex mental health needs (including sorting appropriate referrals), with blood tests to monitor medication. I was even provided a diagram of my prolactin levels as for reasons for my medication change which I thought was great - widening the client's insight into their health! New look feels to give a better ambience once you are able to get an appointment to get in there. Staff seem friendlier and knowledgeable.
