Been seen a few times for bloods and an injury. Always receive first class treatment. Though people must understand this is not an accident and emergency hospital and you can't just walk in expecting treatment
I went to Felixstowe hospital on Tuesday, 10 June at 7.45pm. I had suffered an injury to my head, which was bleeding, playing sport. I was met by an extremely unhelpful person who promptly informed me and the person that brought me in, that it wasn't a walk in centre and they were about to close, and we needed to go to Ipswich A&E. No, courtesy, no concern, no interest, just extremely rude and abrupt. Some concern and compassion would not have gone amiss!

Senr here by my surgery. Injury occurred on a Friday afternoon. Surgery had no one available. Reception called this place but no appointments. Surgery booked me in to this place Monday. Very unpleasant experience. Terse rude nurse. Obviously not impressed I was sent here . No hello or introduction straight into painful treatment virtually no conversation. I felt I was a burden I have to go back for further treatment. Something im really looking forward to. I actually left quite angry.
