We went for a 4 day break and the service was brilliant. The food was outstanding.
Lovely setting. As it was dark at night, there was not enough lighting at ground level when walking from the chalet to the min building for dinner, even with a torch. The high bath needed a handle. The evening menu was not totally to my liking, too limited and it would have been great to have a simple pasta dish available as well as the fish and meat options. A lovely place, but for us in the Spring or Summer, would have been more enjoyable.
We came for a little weekend get away for my husband’s birthday, the hour just us in the private pool was perfect, it was such a beautiful pool! The room was large, clean and spacious with a very comfy bed. The pictures on the website do not do it justice! The host (Philip) was lovely and accommodating. We are already thinking of an occasion to come back for.
Wonderful place and splendid dinner
Booked private swimming highly recommended, warm water , not overly strong on chlorine witch is a bonus
