Really enjoy going to the feelgood suite. The staff are lovely and helpful. It's good for improving your muscle strength and you can use as much resistance on the machines as you are comfortable with.
One of my ‘happy places’, I have been a member for almost 10 years and alway feel I benefit from the sessions.
Go every week a few times everyone is so friendly and its good excersise for older people and a nice way of socialising at the same time
It's really good worth going to you feel much more flexible afterwards
