This is an excellent, well equipped and unique gym. If you are looking for a gym with a lovely friendly atmosphere where members wipe and replace equipment after use, then this is the one for you. If you are recovering from a trauma, an operation, a stroke, in fact many other illnesses, then this gym is the place to come to receive excellent help to achieve a positive road to recovery. Not as good as the reviews say. The staff are not professional at all Not friendly or helpful also, Not that good in what they deliver in the classes may be due to new staff but overall not that impressed.
