My husband and l were given the opportunity to go to this gym.The owner and his staff are so kind caring and knowledgeable with regard to.peoples needs from persons with stuff going on to everyday gym users the enthusiasm care and understanding is amazing. It's a lifeline to meet others and share as well as trying to stay fit well and independent at whatever age.Thank you so very much

I found Feelgood Fitness on Facebook offering free 12 week classes aimed at people with health issues. I was a little apprehensive at first as my condition makes me quite anxious especially when there are a lot of people and I’m unfamiliar with. But I went along for the 12 weeks and enjoyed it so much that I decided to join. The owner, Aaron gives everything to his club and you can tell he is very passionate about what he does. I’m looking forward to my journey back to some level of fitness.
