TDLR: Extremely disappointed with the service we have received!!! It all started well - people turned up every day, the extension went up. However... I can not be more angry and disappointed at the finishing part of our extension. Nik has pretty much walked away with not so much as an email for justification. He once remarked - "He wished all customers were like us"- we paid invoices on time and I think overall had a good relationship, which he has totally taken advantage of and has not completed or finished the job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nik and his team to anyone! From point of initial quoting, through to interpreting our wants into something his extremely experienced team delivered, the communication was excellent. We hadn't had a great experience of builders prior to commissioning Nik and FDB but not only did they turn up on time everyday (!!) but their level of craftsmanship and attention to detail was exemplary. If you want a job done on time and to budget, commission FDB.
