Just bought a 2017 Honda Ridgeline from Faulkner. My sales person was Michelle G. She did an outstanding job and responded very quickly whenever I had a question. I picked my vehicle up at night but from what I could see they had nice lot and show room. The team was knowledgeable and could answer any questions I had. I am sure all of there sales people are great but I would recommend Michelle to anyone who wants exceptional service. Thanks again.

I waited almost 3 hours for an inspection and oil change. They made it up to me through great customer service and even applying a discount to my total. The wait was worth it!
I took my car (2014 Civic) to Faulkner Honda at Paxton street Harrisburg PA for oil change and tire rotating. However, the technician did not perform the tire rotating. Why I had found that? because my wife just scratch the wheel last week (rear on the passenger side). After the services done, I look at the tire (rear on passenger side) the scratch mark still there that means the technician did not do the tire rotating for me, I came back and talk to the them, The technician keep saying that he did rotated the tires.
