Faulkner honda is great! I took my car for an oil change and tire rotation and they even washed my car! I was treated with respect and they are truly nice people! Great experience and I'm glad I got my car through them!!
Faulker Honda is a wonderful dealership and I’m very happy with our experience buying our 2017 Honda CR-V Touring with them. I’ve purchased vehicles in many states of various makes and models, but the Faulker Honda experience is exceptional. We live in the DC area and cross shopped all of the DC area dealerships. I am pleased with their service, always respectful and courteous. They have stood by my 2010 pilot even when the engine blew from an oil consumption problem. I am completely satisfied with the service department on Paxton Street Harrisburg PA.
Faulkner Honda is the best, just had my one year old Civic detailed inside and out for free with loaner vehicle as part of their loyalty rewards. I will never buy another vehicle from Faulkner. I have bought 5 Odysseys over the years and have never gotten treated this badly. First, if you leave your vehicle with the key fob the display reverts to oil life. This is not mentioned anywhere and a nuisance. This biggest issue is the paint job on the black van. There are nasty swirls throughout the body and I am told by the sales and service manager that is a characteristic of black paint and there is nothing they can do.
