Great service. In for an oil change and they checked everything. I always feel very confident about my vehicle when driving away. The other perk is they washed my car. The only problem with that is, I couldn't find it in the parking lot. It was so clean, I didn't recognize it. lol. Thank you Faulkner Honda!

I recently had the LED strip in the high brake light replaced in my wife's 2012 CR-V. As usual, the service department was very efficient and went out of their way to make the visit a pleasant experience. I have been dealing with Faulkner Honda since 2004, involving 3 Accords (including a used Accord for my sister) and 3 CR-V's and I have always left with a good feeling.
Claim "Family first" yet when when we brought my recently deceased mother in laws new car back (she was a 30+ year customer), we were treated terribly. Will never buy a Honda again. These people care nothing about family.
Faulkner is a great car dealership to work with. Best price and customer service around. I would recommend them to everyone. I went through Costco. Costco benefits are the best! Give Faulkner a chance, you will see the difference!
Faulkner Honda has set the standard for car dealerships. We have purchased three vehicles from this dealership and have been extremely pleased with all facets of the process. The icing on the cake is the Service Department. Many folks dread this aspect of vehicle maintenance but there is a friendly light at the end of this dealership's tunnel.
