Scheduled my appointment online. Drove right into the shop. They gave me a 2016 CRV as a free loaner. I got a discount for being a Costco member. They have very personable staff. Ken Brooker was my service advisor and Nick Krilovich did the work on my car.
It is the best. I am very happy with the service and attention they gave me.
My husband went to Faulkner to have service on my 2010 Honda Pilot and an arm rest replaced. The work took the technician less than 2 hours to complete and the labor charge was over $500. After speaking to the service manager, he stated that the mechanic was a master mechanic and he finished the work faster so he was worth paying $530 for less than two hours. The whole experience was great. My salesman Kurt was great he wasn't pushy at all. They were very accommodating and I was able to get the car I wanted for the deal I wanted. You can't beat their service plan either.
