RecommendedFaulkner gives excellent service no matter if it is sales ir customer service. Always on time is a plus in this busy and stressful times. Service visit today was spot on to check my vehicle for a long trip. Covid guidelines were being followed.

I made an appointment to test drive a vehicle. I never even got to see the car. I was sent to a different lot because they said the car was there. Then I was told the car was at the location I had just come from. They said to wait and someone would bring it over. After waiting 15 minutes they told me someone else was test driving the car (that I had made an appointment to test drive) and taking it to her husband to look at it.
