The sales staff at Honda Pre Owned are just wonderful people this review is only for the service center. The service center freaking sucks. There I said it, can't sugar coat it or take it back now. I dropped off my car at opening on a Wednesday. I called again wednesday evening for an update, they had no idea but would call me the morning. Ask for MIKHAIL. If i could rate higher i would! Mikhail was my sales person. Awesome guy! He broke down the car and knew everything about it and explained it to the T. Im astonished of the knowledge he sold me on. I never had a sales person go above and beyond to do what he did. The staff was also very friendly and welcomed me. But i will tell u this! I cannot say enough about this dealer, they are fantastic, George was by far the best salesman I've dealt with in my life. George was able to get me into a BRAND NEW 2015 Honda Civic, with everything I love and some amazing features! Not only was George great but the staff there was also amazing, I didn't have one problem and I am one to always complain about good service if I am not getting it.
