I had a towbar fitted by these jokers and quickly found that none of the electrics worked. I took my car back to them and after much head scratching they decided that the fault was with my car battery. I had the battery checked at Halfords, Quick Fit and by my local Volkswagen dealer and was told by all three that the car battery was fine.
