Spent plenty of time pre-procedure and post procedure with me. She made sure I understood and had all my questions answered. Her office is extremely clean. Staff was friendly and waiting room was NOT filled. She made me feel comfortable before "going to sleep" before tests and before the actual surgery. I would definitely return if needed and recommend her to others.
Dr. Banki is a remarkably gifted surgeon! Prior to surgery, Dr. Banki fully explained my upcoming procedures (2) in abundant detail. She ensured that I fully understood what she was going to do, and how she would perform the surgeries. From my first consultation before surgery to my final follow up, nothing but complete respect and compassion. She is attentive to all questions and inquiries and responds in a manner that is easy for a lay person to understand. Everyone in the office, at all testing sights, and in the surgery center were great. Her explanation of what to expect after the surgery was spot on.

I would give this “doctor” a -10 if I could. I went to this doctor with hope. Hope that I would finally receive some help with my SEVERE Scoliosis that I have been dealing with since I was 12 years old! I am shy 2 months of 50 years old now. Everything went well until the end when (as my husband has seen me in pain for years), my husband requested some type of pain meds for me. I first saw Dr Farzaneh Banki 10 yrs ago, she is and still is best doctor ever. Takes her time letting you know what is going on and how we can fix the problem. Oct 20, 2021, starting having issues again, she got me right in starting running test found problem and Oct 25, 2021 had surgery and repaired problem! Her staff is the best also, takes calls and get answers you need and paper work need for job, taken care of in a timely manner. Dr Banki is the most wonderful Dr I've ever met. Wonderful bedside manners and is very confident in her work. Cynthia , her assistant is such a lovely person also.
