I first saw Dr Farzaneh Banki 10 yrs ago, she is and still is best doctor ever. Takes her time letting you know what is going on and how we can fix the problem. Oct 20, 2021, starting having issues again, she got me right in starting running test found problem and Oct 25, 2021 had surgery and repaired problem! Her staff is the best also, takes calls and get answers you need and paper work need for job, taken care of in a timely manner. Dr Banki is the most wonderful Dr I've ever met. Wonderful bedside manners and is very confident in her work. Cynthia , her assistant is such a lovely person also. Compassionate, Kind,Knowledgeable is just a few words that come to mind when I think of Dr.Banki. She genuinely cares. Never have l felt like I'm being rushed thru my appointment. This doctor is a rare find. You will feel blessed just to know this lady. I am so grateful that she is my Dr.

Dr. Banki, with her expertise, gave me my life back. I was losing weight and having an extremely hard time keeping food and liquids down. I had been suffering from what I thought was acid reflux for many years until I was finally diagnosed with Achalasia after seeing my 3rd GI Specialist. I had suffered from acid reflux for years. I did my research and Dr. Banki was highly recommended. After my initial visit I was sure I had the right surgeon. Dr. Banki was kind and explained very aspect of the surgery. My whole experience from start to finish was very professional and compassionate. Post op I have no acid reflux. Relief at last! I feel very blessed to have Dr. Banki placed in my path. Dr. Banki, and her staff were incredibly friendly. The procedure was explained to me very well. I had a hiatal hernia repair a few months ago, and after several years of suffering I can now say my quality of life is much better. I had gotten used to feeling so bad that I had forgotten what it was like to feel good, and healthy. I no longer suffer from acid reflux, my sleep is better, and even my blood pressure has improved.
