Dr Banki’s front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. All three of them greeted me not just one of them. Dr Banki was very nice. She greeted me and explained everything to me about my test results. She made me feel at ease about the treatment plan, surgery and recovery. I felt comfortable with her from the start of our visit. I was nervous about going to see the Doc. But when you enter her office it is so calming , the staff is friendly, greet you with a warm hello and smile. Dr. Banki is just a beautiful, she listens, explains and puts you at ease. She doesn't rush you through the visit. She cares for her staff as well .

Dr. Banki & her team at her office & at the hospital were absolutely incredible! First off Raquel made sure I was scheduled for all the test I needed before meeting with Dr. Banki. Dr. Hariharan represented that he was doing my heart ablation when actually a resident did it. Even on the OR table the whole OR staff let me believe Dr. H was doing the procedure. I asked to see him and someone went to get him. He lied about doing the procedure. I never saw him before that day or after. Then he ordered a medication that would require me to stay in the hospital for three days when I otherwise would have gone home. He and his staff are scammers and frauds. I saw Dr Blevins for sever knee pain. He looked at my X-Rays and said the knees looked fine, and said it must be my lower back. He subscribed a dose pack and scheduled a follow-up visit. A few days later, his medical assistant called and asked me to inform her of the results of the dose pack, when completed. I asked the medical assistant at that time to ask Dr Blevins for an MRI, as I still had severe knee pain. I had complications after my hernia surgery with Dr. Banki..My right lung collapsed and the right one filled with fluids. Dr. Banki and her team had to fight for my recovery. This was my third hernia surgery, first with her. She and her team of nurses and office staff were exceptional. Professional, caring, supportive, and knowledgeable.
