First: Her staff is trained to triage her call in appointments. I had a serious issue, was told the 3 tests I needed to complete before meeting with Dr Banki. Tests were scheduled by her staff and the appointment was set within 4 days! Second: Dr Banki was on time, friendly, concerned and very reassuring. I wanted to schedule a physical exam but was told Dr Murphy will not see me because more than 3 years had passed since my last visit. I suppose it’s my fault for remaining healthy, but come on, I’ve been loyal to this Doctor for over 30 years. I wonder if he even cares.

Dr. Behrooz Saffari I went to this clinic last year complaining of chronic knee pain when sitting on or bending my knee and the only thing this "doctor" said to me is "stop sitting on your knee" instead of sending me to get my knee checked! Good job doc, I hope it felt good to give me that smart comment because it stopped me from seeking further care for a year!!! How about you try and get some better bedside manner? I have CHF and had been dealing with a hiatal hernia for over a year. I had hiatal hernia surgery 2/23/2023. After a few weeks of recovery, I have no complications. I can honestly say....Dr Banki is a beautiful person inside and out!!! She made sure that I was getting the best care for my diagnosis. I have been living my life out of breath and dealing with an ongoing cough due to the heart failure and hernia. After my procedure, I feel like a brand new person. I'm truly blessed that God guided me to her!! AMAZING!!!!

One of the best doctors I have seen. He is incredibly knowledgeable and truly cares about his patients. Have seen him for years and woukd highly recommend him to anyone in need of a thorough dermatologist.

My husband suffered more than three years with severe chest pain, swallowing food and breathing. The doctor that treated him did test after test but couldn't find anything that caused these problems. Another doctor recommended Dr Banki and he got an appointment within a week. She immediately knew the problem but wanted a certain test to confirm it. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Murphy’s since I was 30 yo. I’m over 60 now. I’ve come & gone due to work. But everytime I returned to Houston; I was back to Dr. Murphy. He listens to you. He asks questions that seem out of left field. In reality, he is narrowing the issue down. I trust Dr. Murphy very much. His referrals are spot on.

Dr. Blevins replaced my knee and I will return to him for hip replacement. He is patient, listens well, shows great interest in your outcome and is extremely Proffessional. I'll use him for all my ortho needs.
