I bought a car from Rick Elinski at Farrish Subaru earlier this year and am EXTREMELY satisfied with my purchase. While I purchased my 2009 Forester at Farrish and have used it exclusively for maintaining the SUV, I am now going to try another dealership. Hopefully I will find one that is better than this one. I never feel satisfied with any explanations they offer when i have a question. This was my first purchase with Subaru and so far I am very satisfied with my vehicle. I had a great sales consultant, Rick Elinski. He was very friendly, open and honest. I am normally suspicious of sales reps and have had a few bad experiences in the past but Rick was wonderful and very informative. He had a lot of knowledge of the ins/outs of the subaru vehicle and comparisons with other vehicle, on top of it all I walked away with a great price. Went to Farrish Subaru initially as one of several dealers I visited in my search for a new car. Came back and decided to do business with them because I liked the car and the informative, helpful, respectful, and trustful way they treated me (and my husband and our friend) each time I went there. We came into the dealership around 4 on a Saturday and it was packed. The salesman we had spoken with on the phone was busy, so we waited around -- and then Rick came over, asked us what we were looking for, and sat us down. He was very thorough but most importantly extremely personable, frank, and open -- and helpful.
