James Turner was exceptionally friendly and customer oriented. At no point did he put on any high pressure sales tactics, even after we test drove 4 different vehicles over 90 minutes, two of them during heavy rains, then left the store to test drive Toyota (RAV4) and Honda (CRV) vehicles. After two weeks of frustrations visiting several Subaru dealerships in Maryland and not finding the exact vehicle I was searching for (base car + options for the right price) I came across Farrish Subaru on the internet late Sunday night. I had an Intermittent problem with my A/C. Rather than telling me to come back when it finally broke down completely, or rather than just replacing components hoping to solve the problem, they kept my car for about a week, gave me a loaner car, and were able to find the problem and repair it. I an extremely happy with the way they handled my problem. Special thanks to Jack Lindemann, my service consultant.

This was my first experience buying a Subaru. Everyone at Farrish was professional and friendly. I got the car I wanted with a surprisingly good price. I also got a more than fair offer for my trade. The finance manager, Roxanne, was not pushy and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want. I would definitely buy from them again and I would highly recommended my salesperson. Be sure to ask for James Turner or Roger Holt! They will take good care of you.

Jackie knew his stock very well and explained every detail. The car was ready to go when I came in to pick it up. The processing of the paperwork by Roxanne went very smoothly. The dealership is brand new and very clean.

The staff is very attentive and get your car serviced in a timely manner and of course a job well done. They will always try and work with your schedule. I have called in the morning a taken my car in that afternoon to get serviced. The pricing is reasonable, they send you via mail reminder of service due with coupons. I most definitely would recommend this dealership.

Very easy transaction on the purchase of my 2012 Outback 3.6R Limited. James was very accomodating on multiple trips to look at the Outback and scheduling time for both my wife and I to get a feel for the Outback.
