Jackie is professional, knowledgable, and provides terrific customer service. We purchased our first Subaru about 18 months ago from Jackie. Everyone we encountered was polite and professional, with no games or high pressure sales tactics. Jackie Coogan, in particular, was great. He gave us a fair price for our Toyota trade-in and a competitive price on a new Subaru. I will recommend him and this dealership to others.
Sam the sales manager and Matt were very easy to work with during the whole process. They made sure we got a great price and followed up at every point of the sale. Sam got a good price for our trade in and helped us find the right car for our needs. If we ever need another car or know anyone else who does we will recommend Farrish and especially these two guys. I just purchased my second Subaru from Farrish. I had a really good experience purchasing my 2012 Legacy so I went back to my salesperson, James Turner, and purchased a 2013 Outback. James is a great guy - honest, down to earth family man. He was not pushy, but rather full of helpful information, suggestions, and answers to any questions I had. Followed through with every detail to make sure I was 100% satisfied in the sale. Everything you would expect from a prior military guy. I have had some terrible experiences with car dealerships lately and this was a much needed exception. Truly a pleasure to do business with.
This is follow up to a posting I did a couple of months ago. After I posted, I got a call from Mark Johnson to discuss my issues. He promised to meet with me when I came in, to work out what was actually done when they worked on my Forester. We stopped at Farrish Subaru to simply look at the Forester and the Outback. Rick Elinski met us in the showroom and we were put at ease with his mannerisms, the way he explained the basics of Subaru to us and his non pushing approach with us. We test drove both vehicles and instead of just looking, we purchased an Outback. Even when we decided the next morning not to take the initial vehicle offered, we stayed with Farrish because Rick made the extra effort to find the vehicle we wanted and at the price we wanted.
First off, let me just say, Chris Wolf is - by far - the BEST car salesman I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with! Through out the entire process he was respectful, knowledgable and patient (and trust me, I can be a pain in the butt when looking at cars). Not to mention, a great host.
