The staff at Farrish Subaru was very helpful in my car-buying experience. They answered my questions, were not over-bearing and were willing to take extra steps to ensure my questions were answered.

I come for service at this dealer numerous times and every time I come here I get horrible service from Keith. He seems like he doesn't care at all. I just went there yesterday for an oil change. I asked him to take a look at my windshield wipers because they looked worn out. He refused to help me and told me I would need to make another appointment. I purchased a 2012 Outback Limited from Jim Turner--supported by Roger Holt and Catherine Murphy via phone/email after getting a price quote from USAA while I was in Phoenix, AZ in the middle of a move to the WDC area.
