The buying process was very easy. My salesman (Jackie Coogan) gave me a good price up front. Consequently there was no painful negotiating. He was also very responsive to my e-mail questions before the sale.
Jackie was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and easy-going. We didn't feel any pressure whatsoever and felt he knew the Subaru product thoroughly. He was attentive to our preferences (e.g. color choices) and diligent in trying to find what we were looking for. We would definitely recommend to friends that they check out this dealership if they were interested in Subaru vehicles.

I stopped at Farrish to check out a used Pontiac Vibe after briefly speaking with Rick Elinski on the phone. He was friendly, engaging and - importantly - knowledgeable about the vehicle.
