Best experience in the DC Metro area! If you are looking to purchase a new Subaru, then Rey Beltran, sales consultant at Farrish in Fairfax, will be your advocate. Rey is that perfect blend of knowledgeable, considerate and professional. I drove 20 miles (passing 3 other dealerships) to work with Rey, because Rey had the passion and enthusiasm to get me the Cross Trek I wanted at the best price possible. It was a first class experience, from a first class dealership.
When is a deal not a deal? When it's made with Farrish. I negotiated a price for a Forester, including trade-in, with Farrish on a Saturday afternoon. The sales person confirmed the deal at 5:30 pm that same evening. I sent him an email the next day (1/2 hour after they opened) to let him know that I was coming to the dealership to sign the contract, and was told that the car had been sold. Great time! I visited Farrish Subaru to purchase my Forrester. I called to make an appointment with Mr. Coogan. He was a delight from that first phone call. I did not feel pressured into anything. He showed me everything I asked to see and made sure I knew how everything in my vehicle worked. I felt like he was family. Everyone that I was in contact at this dealership were polite and friendly. My entire experience was awesome. I will recommend Farrish to anyone looking for a car.

Stole items while being serviced Though I didn't purchase my Subaru XV from this dealer, it's close to my house so I take it to get serviced here...and this last time will very much be my last. Great dealership, easy to do business with! This is my second purchase experience with Jackie Coogan (Sales Consultant) and Sam Ramadan (Sales Manager) at Farrish Subaru. These guys have a big dealership operation, but with a very small dealership look and feel. Everyone knows the customer's by name, and they are very customer focused.
