Too Easy! Working with Ian, Purcell, and Rey was great! Prior to calling Farrish Subaru, I was 99% certain we were going to make our purchase of a Subaru Forester at another dealership. However, when doing our due diligence in calling around to check on the best prices, Farrish's prices were the most straightforward and were willing to work with us. Hands down, the best dealership we've ever worked with! My husband and I recently leased an Outback from Farrish Subaru. From our initial outreach until the minute we drove off the lot, we had an incredible experience. Israel Moreno was so professional, patient and helpful with all of our questions. Working with Israel was great! Working with Israel to buy our outback was great! He was patient and showed me both the Forester an outback since I was considering both. Then, He was patient in showing my partner the car once I had decided and helped us find the exact one we wanted. I would highly recommend working with Israel. He is patient, friendly and very knowledgeable.
Poor experience Several things to mentioned. 1. The finance and sales manager tried to get me to complete a final deal and sign paperwork on a car that was not at the dealership and that I did not see and drive. 2. Felt taking advantage of because I was alone as a women 3. The two managers did not congratulate me on the purchase and/or say thank you 4. Bait and switch I came in to buy a used vehicle. They recommended a new car and agreed upon a price. The financing took a day and when I went in the next day they had switched the car. A new manager didn't want to honor the deal and was really rude. Then he shredded the paper that had the original deal in front of me. They are dishonest and I wouldn't recommend them.
Marcello Great service and very personable. We really enjoyed his helpful attitude. Very knowledgeable about the Subaru and competition. Did not try to force us into a deal. We had the chance to go to another dealership for the same car and 300 dollars cheaper but went to Farrish specifically for marcello. Great saleman
Great experience. On 3/15 I went in around 8:30 PM and worked with Marcelo from Farish. He was able to work with my trade in price for my vehicle and was able to get me a good deal on the new 2017 WRX. Great experience.

A true 5-star experience I can't say enough about the way Marcelo helped us. We loved our Subaru Impreza lease, and were considering switching to a Ford. But Marcelo walked through the great lineup Subaru has and matched us with a beautiful Crosstrek that fits us perfectly. Really didn't think we'd have such a painless car buying experience, but Marcelo and the rest of the Farrish team proved us wrong. And Marcelo is a real pro. Great job, we'll be back! Farrish is five stars.
