Great Experience at Farrish My husband and I worked with Jacq Hall in getting our Subaru Outback! He was great to work with, patient with all our questions, and sold us an amazing car! If we ever need a 2nd car, we're going straight back to Farrish!
Great service and great people to deal with Bought a new Forester XT from these guys this week and it was a very enjoyable experience. I had spoken to Rodney Bentley on the phone prior to my visit and we had agreed to a price and his word was true as it was still that price when I arrived. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. In the door at 7pm, drove home with a new vehicle at 1030pm. Bought a 2017 Forester on the last day of January 2017. I dad the best experience possible at Farrish Subaru. Never Again We previously purchased 5 new vehicles from Farrish Motors and drove 300+ miles roundtrip to do so. It was always a 5 star experience, when Miguel Zayas was the sales manager. Recently, we wanted to buy another vehicle and it was a great disappointment. Neither Ralph Perkins, GM, nor Sam Ramadan, sales mgr., even bothered to respond to our inquires, by email and via Chris Wolf, sales rep. Farrish has taken a major turn for the worse under the current management.

Great buying experience I had an amazing experience today at Farrish Subaru during my purchasing of a 2017 Subaru Outback 3.6R. Nightmare - Terrible Dealership Three weeks after buying the car and I have had nothing but problems with the back office and management. Although Sam and Israel are great to work with, the rest of the back office management is very nicely put, very incompetent (specifically, Steve). The best part - this dealer called me back to "resign" a contract AFTER the lease of a vehicle because of contractual terms that ended up not working for them (likely not making enough money).
