Farris Has subaru Franco was very friendly and wasn't aggressive in trying to sell a car. He was very straightforward and helped in every way he can to make the deal work. Even after leaving the dealership because the price was too much for me, he continued to reach out to his managers and gave me a call when they made a final price. We agreed on the price and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Franco and this dealership!

Great Experience! My daughter and I had a great experience buying a used Outback at Farrish. Ian was our salesperson and he could not have been better: low key, great sense of humor, very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Subarus. Good person to accompany you on test drives. Overall a very pleasant experience We walked in with a particular vehicle in mind, had contacted via online chat and spoke with Franco on the phone. When we walked in, he had the car ready to view and test drive. Even though there was a bit of a wait as there were customers in front of us, the whole experience was quite pleasant. Excellent Experience Overall, I had a excellent experience here. Franco, Purcell, and Rey were really pleasant people to work with. Purcell made sure that his staff assisted me immediately as I walked in the door. They made this a easy process and had the car I was looking for.
