New Legacy Was interested in Legacy or Outback and Kibru was excellent in explaining differences and similarities especially during test drive. Also extremely helpful in accommodating the features I was interested in and those I didn't want. Kibru and Sales Manager Miguel Zayas also extremely helpful without pressuring me in getting the vehicle best for me
Just bought a new 2020 Forester. It was a very present experience our sale person, Orie Davis was excellent. We were able to negotiate the price and the transaction went very smooth. No high pressure to buy extra stuff. I would recommend Orie to anyone looking to buy a car. He kept us informed and up to date on the available of the car. The whole staff were very friendly and helpful. I would give Farrish Subaru a outstanding rating for customer service and sales.
Very Good Experience Had a very good and positive experience with sales manager Kayla Dunaway and would recommend her for anyone looking to buy a new Subaru. She was professional, direct, and very responsive. She treated me the way customers should be treated.
New Forrester When picking up my new car there was a lot of waiting around to see the finance employee. Wanted my social security number even though I was paying cash. I did not give it to them. Did not put in my floor mats or the cargo cover but left them in the back. Discovered this when I returned home. Now I need to do it. Service needs improvement. Best Customer Service Amongst Dealerships If you are in the market for a new or used car, I would highly recommend going to Farrish Subaru. They also sell more than just Subaru's!
