We had a recall and 18,000 mile service done while I waited. Also wanted a low tire pressure indicator checked. All were completed quickly, competently and professionally. I was informed throughout the process on the status and what was being done. Very satisfied with the service. We’ll be back!
Subaru service at Farrish Subaru is great and gets better each time I go in. They seem to constantly improve their processes to make things easier for the customer. It is easy to make an appointment. They perform the work promptly and well, and checkout is easy.
Service and courtesy ride home were seamless and swift. Service managers were courteous and helpful. I appreciate the efforts to make my experience very smooth.

Picked up a 2021 Crosstrek in Cool Gray Khaki at Farrish. Friendly and easy to work with and good pricing... they even threw in a milkshake that my pregnant wife was craving to help close the deal!!

I purchased my Outback new at this dealership. I rate it highly for its honesty in pricing and fair dealing. The service is outstanding. The personnel in the service department, as well as the parts department, are efficient, courteous, and conscientious. The physical facility is clean and comfortable, and the location is central.
Farris Subaru did a wonderful job on my car. They also washed my car after the service is done. I am happy to have my car serviced there.
