We are thrilled with the addition of the Farce Charcuterie terrines and chicken liver parfait to our cellar door grazing food list a few months ago. Our customers frequently tell us how delicious they are and that they love the fact that they are made from free range and gluten free ingredients. We agree entirely, and frequently add them to our own share platters or enjoy them with a glass of wine before dinner.
I just picked up some parfait and terrine at the Flemington markets this morning. Both were sublime. Probably the best of each I have had. Cant recommend this company's products highly enough.
Delicious products and lovely people. Our favourites are the chicken liver parfait and the black pudding.
Amazing ‘just like home’ comfort food and tasty charcuterie! My favourites are the chicken liver parfait and zucchini bread and butter pickles! Fantastic service and would 100% recommend them to anyone! Well worth the online order or find them at a local farmers market!
