I had such a wonderful experience with Farah! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me so warmly and immediately made me feel comfortable. She even offered me tea or coffee, which was such a thoughtful touch. I came in for a colour correction, and Farah took the time to really listen to what I wanted. She explained the process clearly and used Olaplex on my hair, which left it feeling so healthy and soft.
