The cleaners provided by Fantastic Services came to do a move-out clean, which included an oven clean. I was very impressed by the cleaners themselves and by the standard of cleaning. It was easy to arrange. It seemed good value for the amount of time spent at the property and the customer service (good communication).
I wish I could give them 0 stars. Behind the professional-looking facade lies a pretty disappointing and shoddy service. The prices are no cheaper than other companies and service no better. Keep an eye on the clock when they turn up for the job and don’t let them club different types of services on the same day otherwise they will cut corners rather than giving proper time for each job.
