Mikhail did the heat treatment followed by the chemical treatment and we haven’t had a bite since. Please don’t ask me to rate again as I have already rated Fantastic Services. Once is enough
Very disappointing experience. I paid £543 for a bedbug heat treatment, expecting the issue to be completely resolved. However, the infestation is still active. We are still seeing live bedbugs daily and getting bitten, which clearly shows the treatment was not effective. Despite paying such a high amount, there has been no proper resolution or satisfactory follow-up. This has caused a lot of stress and inconvenience. I would not recommend this service unless they take full responsibility and resolve the issue urgently.
I would like to thank Iliyan for his professionalism and seamless service during his visit at my apartment. I booked with Fantastic pest control to take care of my pest control issue, while I was worried about the situation Ilyad reassured me and replied to all my questions in a very positive manner. Highly recommend for the speedy resolution and attentiveness.
