They all very friendly! I love how I can go in and be seen and out in such a short time.
Having moved to the area, and not having a family doctor, I had used this office a few times for minor routine issues. The experience I had in the beginning was a good one. However, when I really need them, the service was dismal. I went after work on a Saturday in respiratory distress. I was refused treatment because they said that I owed them $70. The entire staff and management at Family Urgent Care strives everyday to offer the highest quality in patient care, before, during and after the visit.
Great experience.I had to attend urgent care early on a Sunday morning because of problems from a chest infection. I arrived at just before 10am, parked straightaway and only waited 25 minutes to be seen. The nurse who attended me was very thorough and I did not feel rushed at all.
