my daughter went untreated for the flu for a week because they said she was fine and just had a virus that needed to run its course
I Took 3 of my really sick kids recently in the evening after i got done with work. I couldn’t get them into their doctor for 2 more days. They were Very rude and disrespectful. They were mad and told me so because they wanted to go home early instead of take care of sick kids who needed care. Didn’t even look in their ears, listen to them or check them over at all, just asked me questions and acted like It was my fault they were sick. All they did was Flu swabbed them and that was it! The staff is nice but it's so, so slow. I've been here at least 4 times now in the last year and every time I have to wait for over an hour to be seen.
RecommendedGreat staff, fast and friendly service. This was the 3rd time I’ve been there for myself and they have helped me each time! Would recommend to anyone in our area.

RecommendedI wish this was a primary care facility. the doctors and nurses are always so sweet and accommodating and you are almost always in and out super quickly. I absolutely LOVE this urgent care.
