Staff is very rude and unfriendly. All they did was ignore me. Receptionist is the worst..she gave dirty looks, and made me feel I should just walk out and go elsewhere. Which I should have done as the PA didn't listen to the problem, and didn't help at all and the triage nurse actually said they should turn out the lights put a sign on door that they were closed at 5pm.I wouldn't suggest anyone going there. I will go elsewhere from now on.
THEY WERE AMAZING! So nice & helpful! They were amazing with my 2 month old when no other urgent care would see her!

I will NEVER go there again or refer anyone there. When a nurse and front desk woman go in the 1st exam room and whisper (loudly) about patients and aren't very nice, I lose all respect. Cherry Vallkey Rd is my 1st choice from now on.
Absolutely love this place....they have taken care of my family on numerous occasions....always kind and always speedy. I would recommend them to ALL my family and friends ��
My husband and I took our 16 month old daughter here, the treatment by the whole staff not just the PA who saw us was great!!! Thank you!!!
Very grateful to have a place to go on the weekend that was open after 6m. I actually had to have a blood clot cut out and I was very suprised they did it at the office. I was so happy to have it over with. The only negative was the stitches I had put in were non disolvable. I was told they were disolvable. I had them removed over a month later by my doctor. Went in due to my breathing troubles, back pain, and vomiting small amounts of blood. They didn't even care about my breathing issues. Just said I need to stop sleeping in cold temperatures. Like maybe prescribed me an inhaler so I can breath??? And then instead of worrying about why I was vomiting blood, they simply gave me Zofran to prevent vomiting. Like. Uhm.
