RecommendedIm not sure what all these negative reviews are about. I have never experience any of it. The place has always been clean, nice staff and the doctors seems to care. Anytime Ive gone I was in and out. No long wait.

Usually I'm very satisfied with the work they do, I took my daughter in to see them today, and they weren't as thorough today as they usually are, I really appreciate when they are and was disappointed this time. I also felt like they were in a hurry, it's not usually like that, everyone there is very nice, but I have to say I was disappointed this time.
I was there yesterday. I was new there and even with the new patient paperwork and visit, I was out in under 30 minutes and on my way to fill my scripts. The nurse practitioner even took time to check on my z pack price for me. My nurse was not the friendliest, no smile at all, but my overall experience was great. I will return to them if needed. I even shared their information on my employment site.
My husband busted the back of his head open and was bleeding profusely. Instead of getting him back into a room to let him clean up, they had him sit down (while soaked with blood) and handed him a clipboard with paperwork to fill out (while his hands were covered in blood) while they made a fuss over a a balance from a visit a few weeks prior (which we had not been billed for yet). Urgent care Cherry Valley Rd. Is the Best, I've gone there for many years... there amazing. I only had 1 incident with 1 dr. That I REFUSE to see, happened 3 years ago... I will NEVER see him, nor will ANY of my Family
This place is complete B's. They denied me and said my insurance was expired when it was not. After the guy gave me an attitude I left and had to go to a different urgent care, who took my insurance because it was not expired. F U family urgent care
