Needed some testing done and this urgent care is a MUCH better alternative to the ER! was truly impressed with the low wait and cost, as well as with the considerate treatment from both the doctor and the staff. Will be coming again for all my medical needs and i definitely recommend to all looking for a low cost and efficient ER alternative.
I went there for a laceration. Simple, clean it, stitch it, give a tetanus shot, and a antibiotic. WOW I was wrong. The staff didn't have any idea of where half the items were. The nurse practitioner didn't seem to have a clue as to how to stitch. She did a running stitch as if she were hemming a pair of pants. Her first stitch, she did not pull all the way through and tied it off just behind the needle, therefore rendering the rest of the thread useless. Had to get a whole new kit. Third trip to this location. Such efficient pleasant & fast staff!!! Highly recommended.
Just got my flu shot from Family Urgent Care. I was in and out, super fast, and convenient! I highly recommend if you wanna avoid using those sick days this flu season...Josh did a great job, I barely even felt it!
