Waited for an hour and a half, asked the receptionist how huch longer until my sick toddler could be seen, she said she hadn't even done my paperwork yet. I could see my paperwork and all the other clients paperwork and insurance cards facing up on the counter in plain view which is a clear HIPPA violation. We ended up leaving after waiting 2 hours without even being asked what we were there for. I could have went to LMH and been seen before this urgent care even looked at my paperwork.
RecommendedSeem really nice I went here for a Covid-19 test. I don’t think I have it but better to be safe than sorry.

Recommendedgood people, courteous there wasnt any waiting. they were very helpful.
Would not recommend. The wait was crazy long. My visit in total was over two and a half hours. An issue that should have taken about 15 minutes to diagnose and prescribe took way too long. Very slow service.
To be at a place like this for three hours is ridiculous, particularly since they were not that busy.
RecommendedThe staff always treats me courteously and efficiently. They also have a good sense of humor. Even when I am sick I like to raze people. They cooperate good. 😊

Terrible! Will never go back. They were more interested in leaving for the night than helping my child. We arrived 30 minutes before they closed and as soon as we walked in they made sure they turned off their open light. I had all my insurance information but didn’t have my physical card and they claimed they could not see us without the card.
