I visited today & this will be the last time! I constantly ask for the Lady to do my nails 💅 And even if I have to wait (and happy to do so) The Lady only did the Nail Art which was Beautiful ♥️ However I never realised as my Eyes were streaming due to cold weather 😢 EVERY NAIL IS A DIFFERENT LENGTH & SHAPE 😡 Going On Holiday Thursday Eve & No Time To Go Back 🙃 But I Am Fuming After My Close Inspection 😡 As I have mentioned to the Lady my Nails were not correct lengths in the past 😢 I have got pics and customers you wo... read more

If i could leave a 0 i would! First time getting a pedicure from this shop i got an infection in my foot that required a hospital trip and a weeks course of antibiotics . Thought ide give Family Nails another chance so i i went for a pedicure and biab fingurs today (they told me no to biab so had to get acrilics fingernails with no tip might i add) and before he even started on the pedicure i watched him get used dirty gloves of the top of the bin, turn them the right way as when you remove singal use gloves they go inside o... read more
