Been here for over half hour for a urine test WTF
This place is a joke. We was treated so rudely we was scared to ask questions just so we wasn't yelled at and talked to us like we're stupid. From the nurse to the doctor. I will never bring my child here again. I will take this issue higher up too! Learn how to treat people!
Hey guys, on Thursday you almost killed my fiancé due to your poor medical advice. If you could please wait until we are married and I have a good life insurance policy on him next time; that'd be fantastic. On the upside, we got to spend the weekend at a very nice hotel- oh I mean hospital. P.S. This place was super friendly and very professional! Google said there would be a 45 minute wait... we were in and out in 30 minutes! I'm very impressed and will definitely return!
They have helped me a lot in Springfield and Nixa I'm pleased with the fast response they have
I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. We checked in at 8:25 and didn't get in until over an hour later. Plus waiting another half hour for some one to finally help. They don't go in order like they say they do. A lady and her child got helped before my daughter and they came in 45 minutes after us! Absolutely ridiculous! My daughter has pink eye and we waited over an hour and a half to be told that (When I already knew and specifically told them she did) when it takes less than five minutes to diagnose it!
