As a walk-in clinic this place is okay, but do not get their membership as they will not honor all the terms of service. Doctor appointments are almost impossible to obtain with the membership even after having the Doctor as primary care physician, communication via email takes an average of 1 week for a reply, the front desk will deny information regarding the membership services or simply play dumb with the excuse that "it was probably somebody new", and they will always find a way to weasel their way out of their responsi... read more
My husband went there because he had a piece of steel in his eye. The Dr. thought she got the piece of steel out but couldn't find the tool she needed to see whether she actually got it out and couldn't finish getting the rust out for lack of the tool. She was very adamant that he get a tetanus shot. We were billed for an new patient office visit when my husband had been there before. We were also billed for the steel removal and a tetanus shot.
