The staff at Family Medical Walk-In clinic always takes very good care of our family. We appreciate their friendy, prompt and professioanl care. We also appreciate their willingness to take the time to figure out how fix the problem we come in for. We have never left without our issues being solved and treated. The cost is much cheaper than emergency room visits amd in some cases, depending on your insurance, cheaper than a visit with your primary care physician. Thank you F.M.W.I.C for all you do!
I definitely recommend going here. This is seriously the only place we go here in Springfield. It's always quick and the staff is very thorough and kind. All 3 of my kiddos have been seen here and I have zero complaints. They are so great with kids!

Let’s be honest, it’s a clinic and no one wants to go to the doctor, but this is the first place I would go! They are super efficient, and beyond nice. They care and it shows in every part of the process. From the check-in desk, where they always polite and have a smile. To the Doctors and nurses that take the time to listen.
