I’ve been to the clinic multiple times and have had friends taken care of here. Such a GREAT alternative to making a trip to the ER. Much more affordable than an ER!! Wait times for me have never been long, and the staff has always been friendly, and very professional and helpful. I can tell they care. This is my first choice when waiting for a doc appt is just not an option. I’M REALLY GLAD I’ve got the option over going to a hospital! If your situation is bad enough they know what to do and will get you there.
I am 7 1/2 months pregnant and when my husband had the flu a couple months ago we got scared. I was afraid I was getting it. The front desk took extra care in getting me back and out of the waiting room. They were so kind. The back staff were so good about making me feel comfortable. I cannot imagine a better experience. I did not have the flu. It was a sinus infection. They got me what I needed and sent me on my way!! I have told everyone I know about how great my experience was. Family Walk In Clinic has an amazing staff. Every time I have been there the care has been outstanding. I have never been rushed through. I have always been well taken care of, and I appreciate that very much. Laurie Miller and Dr. Burk are two of the staff that go the extra mile. Thank you for your care.
I love this clinic and the people that work there. Laurie had to personally take care of me after I had a surgery and was dead dog sick. If it wasn’t for her Clinic and Dr. Burke, I would have been miserable for weeks but she fixed my sickness overnight ❤️
