Decent in office experience, horrible phone staff. Met with third degree and inquisition trying to call for an results that THEY left a voicemail about, finally had to be abrupt with them so they would transfer the call where it needed to go. Failure to follow through by Dr. Baird's scheduler, was left a note to call and schedule an appointment, waited all day, never got a call. No sense of urgency, no manners, poor customer service.

I had to get every lab, a pap, TB test, and physical done for the peace corps medical application. ALL done in 2.5 hours. Only point knocked because it was expensive and they didn't give any discounts.
My husband had to make a visit to the Springfield S. Campbell location on November 18 2014. Our great service started from the minute we walked through the door. A huge "Thank You" to Dr. Baird and his staff for the friendliness, compassion and dedication put forth in caring for my husband while he was there (getting his ear stitched up.) Not an easy task, but Dr. Baird did a phenomenal job. This visit turned me into returning customer when we need medical service in the future.
I went to the clinic on Campbell, I thought everyone was very nice, I didn't have to wait long at all to go back. The doctor was really nice and incredibly helpful. I'm overall very pleased with them and will go back there again.
