I was in and out and to the pharmacy and home within one hour! Great customer service and very prompt! I highly recommend this facility (Treated at the Republic facility).
I've always had a good experiences but I recommended a friend go three today and the doctor didn't spend more than 3 minutes with her. Why the hell does every medical place in Springfield have to stick at least some of the time? We deserved better!
The doctors are good they would have got a five star but the one lady doctor should have picked another field. All the other doctors we have ever got have been wonderful and caring. The lady doctor was a nightmare the three times we got her over a two year period
Went into the location on south campbell tonight and what a huge improvement from years ago. This was by far the best experience I've ever had. Staff was friendly and eager to help me and my son. The dr that was there was so educated and offered to be our primary care dr since we were struggling to find one. I feel i may finally get answers to all my symptoms. Thanks
While the rest of the staff was kind and professional. The Doctor was rude, dismissive and shockingly disrespectful. I wouldn't take my dog here for care.

I took my son to their Republic location. They accepted our insurance, the staff was really nice and the doctor there was super sweet and she was gentle with my son. We were in and out within 35 mins. Highly suggest it. Totally beats waiting forever in a packed ER and pay a huge bill even after insurance goes through. We now have a place we can take him for when he can't see his pediatrician.
