Friendly staff, however wait times are sometimes lengthy.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve been waiting over 2 months for an appointment only to be given a week before my appointment to reschedule for “tomorrow”. Absolutely ridiculous. Normal people have full time jobs and cannot drop everything and come in “tomorrow” which is the whole point of booking in advance. I spoke to a receptionist on Wednesday May 9 who told me the scheduling manager would call me on Thursday May 10 and received no phone call from anyone that day. Friendly staff and short wait times. Dr. Montalvo was able to repair something that another dentist did incorrectly that was causing pain. Definitely recommend!
