I love these people! Not only are they friendly but they show a high level of professionalism. From the check in process all the way through my procedure I felt like I was family. Dana Morgan, you're the best! Love my hygienist Hayley and Dr. Montalvo.
Horrible experience I shouldve known that when I got there 2 days ago an older couple was arguing about something that the secretaries messed up and they were so non chalant at the time. the lady name PJ is extremely rude. I am still waiting on my insurance papers to be completed. I'm going to try again today and I will record and report back the findings. #veryupset
Zero stars if I could. Worst receptionists I’ve ever dealt with. Have left multiple “notes” with my dentist to call me back. We’re on day 5 of no call back after being ASSURED they will get back to me by the end of the day. I even labeled the call urgent and they still do not care.
The whole staff was great. I had an emergency and they handled it with passion and patience.
Billing staff is extremely unorganized and I haven’t been able to contact them for weeks now. STAY AWAY from this location. Horrible communication Update: it’s been 4 months and still haven’t had my bill resolved. Unprofessional excuse making staff who doesn’t care about much.

I had to cancel my December cleaning due to travel. The next available appointment was APRIL!!! I was assured that I would be put on a list and called if there were any cancellations. I was NEVER called even after leaving messages to ensure I was on the waiting list. No patient should have to wait 4 months for an appointment. That's just ridiculous!
