Went in today and everyone I came in contact with was wonderful. I have far less then a perfect smile and Carly was just wonderful. She was very thorough and Dr. Jones was wonderful as well when she came in. I asked if I could always see them because they made me feel so welcome and they assured me yes. I really wish what I needed to have done was not so costly but when you don't properly care for you teeth you pay for it in the long run. Will definitely be going back.

Since I can't publish this to Google, thanks Facebook. My last appointment with Dr. Montalvo and his incompetent assistant made me so angry and upset that I got up and left, told the secretary to cancel all of my appointments, and I would be back to pay the remainder of my bill. I'm a new patient and I have to say the staff made me feel very comfortable and answered any questions that I had and listened to all of my concerns. A little pricy but most dentist are I just wish there was a better payment option

Waiting over a month now for a root canal with pain, I call the office to see what I can do. I was told "Let me call you back." Still haven't received a call and as a customer that has spent a lot of money, this is unacceptable.
Horrible customer service. I called and scheduled an appointment in January along with my son. When I got there they said I did not have an appointment but my son did So I had to reschedule. When I went back 5 weeks later they tell me they called left a message that I need to call back to confirm my appointment (new policy) and because I did not call back to confirm they cancelled. I never thought I could be this comfortable at a Dentist office! I don't even need anti-anxiety medication. Everyone in the office is extremely friendly, very professional, helpful and caring. I found them by accident after waiting weeks to have an infected tooth extracted. They saw me within 4 days and Dr. Jones treated me like a long time patient on the first visit. Best dentist in town! Gets you in quickly and very nice staff! I love my dentist! Doctor Ray Montalvo is wonderful! Always makes sure you are comfortable and not in pain. Highly recommended!
