Absolutely no communication. Thank you for turning me away when I am desperate to be seen, standing me up for an appointment I have had for three months, making me drive to Tallahassee for nothing, and never calling to apologize, or follow up on the situation.

If you cannot fix the issue right the first time, offer a decent solution, don’t just allude to having A lack of knowledge of the solution you charge for. I wish I could get my money back, I am in pain and it is as if I never went anywhere and had anything done. I will NOT be back and me and my money will go somewhere else who CAN fix a painful situation the first time.
