My wife, my two daughters and I set up appointments for today Jan.17th,2022 more than 2 months before the actual appointment, but today when we showed up to the appointment in the morning they told me that they were having a staff meeting and that they cannot provide the service for us. I went to this dentist's office and became dissatisfied with unanswered phone calls and services. I have called several times trying to get a matter resolved about transferring my case and being refunded for an aligner that was paid for back in April or May. I have yet to receive my aligner as of this date. I paid $3600 dollars for a service and have not received anything. Patient paid $2,725 to start her Invisalign treatment on 03/30/2021. She was then scheduled to have her first set of aligners delivered 06/14/2021. A call was made to move her delivery appointment to an earlier date, to which she declined. In April, patient did make several calls, to which the office responded, regarding needing an appointment due to having pain on a tooth. After what I thought was going to be a normal check-up ended up a complete disaster. My first visit ever and only was with Victoria J****. I was very nervous because she stated I needed a root canal, asking to proceed. I agreed, of course. 4 hours and with a stiff mouth later, I asked if everything was going ok? Patient was in the middle of root canal and a 1 mm fragment of the K file separated in #13 root due to curve canals. We were only able to complete a pulpectomy and did not charge her for it. We sent patient to specialist to resolve and Dr Jones approved to cover any expenses other than root canal. We would have covered her $209 consult, $204 cat scan, $295 canal obstruction charge. Absolutely no communication. Thank you for turning me away when I am desperate to be seen, standing me up for an appointment I have had for three months, making me drive to Tallahassee for nothing, and never calling to apologize, or follow up on the situation.

If you cannot fix the issue right the first time, offer a decent solution, don’t just allude to having A lack of knowledge of the solution you charge for. I wish I could get my money back, I am in pain and it is as if I never went anywhere and had anything done. I will NOT be back and me and my money will go somewhere else who CAN fix a painful situation the first time.
