RecommendedWe had three Fallon tradies come out in two days. Thomas C (air con), Craig M (plumber) and Aidan H (electrician) were all pleasant and professional. They did the work well, followed the process, looked for extra problems but didn't put on any pressure to buy the extra services. They gave good advice and knew their work well. We were very happy having these guys on the job.

Tyson Coles rang prior to arrival to confirm appointment and arrived right on time. He was friendly, professional, and courteous, even taking off his boots to protect our wooden floor! He was very thorough in cleaning, deodorising, and demolding our two air-conditioners. Excellent work! Thank you Tyson and Fallon Solutions.

Technician was prompt and friendly but on top of a call out fee was a exhorbitant charge for diagnosis which basically looked like they were throwing a heap of parts at the system with no guarentee. By the time the costly quote( almost the same price as a new system)came through we had decided they were not getting the work anyway. Never again

Had Kirt the data tech come and install a TV aerial socket. Kirt called before arriving and was punctual, polite, clean in his work and professional with all interactions. I'm an ex-Fallons customer and happy to return again. Thank you Kirt! Great experience.

I had Andrew W came to fix my light in my bedroom which i hadn't been able to turn off for the last few weeks. He called 15 minutes prior before he arrived, very friendly and polite. Supposedly it was only just one job, but turned out to be 4 (jobs that I had put behind as they were not urgent) Andrew fixed my downlights in the ensuite; installed a surge protection to protect all the digital appliances; and changed the downlight light tube in the kitchen for free, which he could have charged me as another job. Do not use! Extremely friendly technicians (we have no problem with them), exorbitant pricing!! Please please get quotes from other businesses! We stupidly paid $1600 to get two air conditioners cleaned! After looking over the quote again and realising you're being charged over $300/hr DISCOUNTED then discussing with customer service and being told "well you agreed upfront" there are huge issues.
