They quotes me $375 for new parts for my Bellini dishwasher plus $169 call out fee and it ended up after I had someone from the Bellini warranty come out that the dishwasher just needed a cleaner put through it and it worked perfect. So they are quick to rip you off, Beware!!
I just had Thomas C here to look at my Ducted Air-conditioning system even though he was unable to fix the problem as he will order the parts required. Thomas C was extremely helpful also his advice was worth it weight in gold. Thomas C went above and beyond what was required. I know my system will be working soon and have full confidence in the quality of all there employees.

great customer service from Naomi after the issue we had with the washing machine call out and fix. Fallon has agreed to reimburse part of the fix cost as we wasn’t asked if we wished to go ahead. Speedy resolution!
