Very unhappy with the process to pay $165 for a quote and then be asked for another $210 to actually do the repair, 4 to 10 days later. No one was interested to get the model number over the phone when my wife phoned, so surprise surprise the serviceman turned without the part and then lied about the total cost. Be careful when dealing with these people as this is all part of their policy. I’ve done my $165 for them to tell me my washing machine had a torn door seal that a10 year old could have told me. Very in unhappy

Nick H and Mark (carpenter) were both very professional and explained everything to me. As a new customer I was not charged travel fee. I was not pushed into buying a home protection plan, but i did sign up as it is great value!

My Front Load Washer door would not open and my washing was being held hostage. My call to Fallon Solutions was the best and was no problem for Jason who arrived and cheerily set to work. He was great, got the door opened and checked machine thoroughly and gave me plenty of good advice to avoid more worries. He has also left my machine sparkling like new. Would recommend Jason & Fallon Solutions without a hesitation. Thanks you again Jason
