We have been using Fallon solutions for the past 5 years and are never let down. Dealing with trades can often be difficult and unreliable coupled with bad customer service however this is never the case with Fallon. Form the moment you call you are met with friendly, professional efficient service delivered by people who care about what they do. Just had Steve H and Josh B install a new Electric Hot water System my old system was solar but the problems the installers from that caused were solved by these two great workers awesome work fellas the Co needs a clap too for the very quick service well done Fallon

I couldn't praise Fallon Solutions highly enough! From the friendly, helpful booking service (thanks Pam) to the plumber who came promptly to look at our gas hot water system, their service was faultless. Their plumber, John K., was thorough and efficient and gave us very good advice. Plus so reasonably priced. We have used Fallon Solutions before for their electrical assistance and were equally impressed with them then. We'll certainly be calling them again for any electrical and plumbing issues in the future.

Thanks for sending Warren out! Super friendly and professional, came to replace a toilet but went the extra mile and checked all taps, pressure and even noticed my gutters. Very patient with me struggling to communicate and walked me through all my options. DO RECOMMEND :)
